We pride ourselves in making high-end, exquisite, one-of-a-kind floral artistry for your home, business or just to give as a special gift. We are an upscale high quality wreath boutique. I personally create everything in my shop. It is my passion and experience to create a unique statement piece using quality materials. Although I am self taught, I have taken steps to further educate myself in floristry design. And by doing so I have obtained a diploma in floristry. Which covers the basics of floristry and explains how to run a successful business in the floral industry. From purchasing essential equipment for your arrangements to marketing your skills on social media. I was taught how to examine the anatomy of plants and flowers and to explore different color associations and usages. This I apply to faux florals and greenery as well. I loved studying specific species of popular flowers, foliage, greenery, and fillers to use in flower arrangements. There are so many floral design styles, both western and eastern, and I went through the elements and principles of each. Including the Japanese "Ikebana" technique. I also obtained an academic transcript, a certificate of completion in Floral Design Principles for Events. I learned floral designs underlying elements and principles. Such as how a successful business endeavour lies in the ability to uphold and operate its established guiding principles. I learned how to combine different pieces to create an overall emotion or fulfill a purpose. Color is the central part of any floral design, so give attention to your choices. For example, some colors are naturally soothing, but others may irritate people. As a florist you need to understand how colors relate to each other and work together, which guides you in choosing the perfect color scheme for your floral design.
